Dr Yohanan Manor is one of IMPACT-SE's founders and he has been the chairman since 2005. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) and received his Ph.D. at the Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques for his thesis on "Palestine in the Foreign Policy of Gamal Abd El Nasser." He was a lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Political Science Department (1970-1984) and coordinator of the campaign (1984-1991) that brought about the revocation of the UN General Assembly resolution equating Zionism with racism.

Educational Counselor and Poet, Shelley Elkayam, CEO of IMPACT-SE since 2010, wrote her Ph.D. thesis on “Mysticism, Love and Messianism” at Bar-Ilan University. She earned her Master's degree with distinction from Liverpool University for her thesis on “Cognitive Behavioral Treatment in Reading Sessions for Students.” She is a board member of the Israel Association for Group Analysis, a member of the European Group Analytic Training Institution Network [EGATIN]; a researcher in the Department of History of Religions at the Goettingen University, where she studies global inter-religious movements and religious activists for peace. She is a co-founder of the youth section of the World Conference on Religion and Peace (WCRP Youth) and a CEDOW observer in Europe on implementation of women's rights.
