Co-Founder and Board Chairman: Advocate Jean-Claude
Niddam
 |
Advocate Jean-Claude Niddam was born and raised in Morocco,
where he studied Law and was admitted as a member
of the Bar. He is a leading expert on Arab countries'
legal systems, and participated in the research and
drafting of the Muslim Law Legal Dictionary
at the National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS
- France). Mr Niddam also counseled law enforcement
agencies in the United States and in Europe in major
criminal and anti-terrorism cases. Mr Niddam was involved
in the Middle East peace process and particularly
in the Wye River Plantation talks in 1998. He testified
at the US Senate and in international forums including
the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), the European
Council, the World Intellectual Property Organization
and the European Union. His research languages include
Arabic, French, Hebrew, English, and Spanish. |
Head of Research: Dr Eldad Pardo

Dr Eldad
Pardo is the author of "Predicting Revolutions:
Iranian Cinema and the Islamic Revolution" (2010)
and of many articles on Iran and Middle East issues.
He earned his doctoral degree in History at UCLA,
and is currently a member of an international research
project that studies text mining in religious studies
and presented the findings in Heidelberg University
together with scholars from Goettingen University.
Dr Pardo headed two research groups at the Truman
Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace, "Religious
Actors in Conflict Areas" and "Iran in Global
Perspectives." He teaches at Hebrew University
in the Department of Middle Eastern Studies and at
the Rothberg School of International Students. Dr
Eldad Pardo is a devoted interfaith activist of the
Islamic-Jewish Sufi Way, Al-Tariqa Al-Ibrahimiyya,
and was also granted the title of Sheikh by the Muslim
Qadiriyyah order. He is an experienced commentator,
speaker and writer on Middle Eastern affairs and is
regularly interviewed by major TV channels including
Arabic language channels such as Al Jazeerah, BBC
Arabic, Al Arabiyya and Al-Hurra. |
Co-Founder and Former Chairman: Dr Yohanan Manor
 |
Dr Yohanan Manor is a co-founder of IMPACT-SE and
was the Board Chairman from 2005 to 2011. He is
a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration
(ENA) and received his Ph.D. at the Fondation Nationale
des Sciences Politiques for his thesis on "Palestine
in the Foreign Policy of Gamal Abd El Nasser."
He was a lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's
Political Science Department (1970-1984) and coordinator
of the campaign (1984-1991) that brought about the
revocation of the UN General Assembly resolution
equating Zionism with racism.
