
Sheila Raviv
Sheila Silver Raviv is originally from Wales in the UK and has been a Jerusalem resident for three decades. An IMPACT-se board member for over ten years, she is well known for her weekly newsletter focusing on Middle Eastern people and geopolitics, with a readership including thousands of leaders, journalists, politicians, diplomats and academics from around the world. Her Jerusalem home is a center for entertaining visiting dignitaries from all corners of the globe.

David H. Lui
Mr. Lui has been Chief Compliance Officer for some of the largest investment advisers in the United States, including Charles Schwab Investment Management, Franklin (Templeton) Advisers, and U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. He is currently editor of Modern Compliance, the most widely distributed book on securities law compliance in the United States. Mr. Lui serves as a National Council member of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Dr. Nir Boms
Dr. Nir Boms is a research fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center, Tel Aviv University and co-founder of CyberDissidents.org, a Middle East blogger network that focuses on freedom of expression and the promotion of dialogue. He was vice-president at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies (FDD). Dr. Boms‘s articles have appeared in Ynet, Ha’aretz, The Wall Street Journal and many other publications. He also participated in writing "Copts" in Egypt, "A Christian Minority Under Siege" and "The Long March to the West." His recent book, "Expat-ing Democracy" deals with the influence of expat communities on democracy discourse in the Middle East.

Youri Hazanov
Originally from Geneva, Youri Hazanov is based in Paris as the managing director of YouTube partnerships for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Israel and CEE Global. He comes to IMPACT-se‘s board with more than fifteen years of executive level experience in the media and digital industry and in international business development. Fluent in French, English, Russian, German and Hebrew he has earned master’s degrees in information and communications systems and in business administration at the University of Geneva with an executive course at Harvard University in the business of entertainment, media and sports (BEMS).

Julien Roitman
A co-founder of FRC Associates, Julien Roitman has held senior positions at IBM including operations general manager for EMEA; director of plans & controls, IBM France; founder and general manager of DE3I Informatique; and a member of IBM France Management Committee. He has been knighted Chevalier of the Legion of Honor. He is past chairman of Supelec Engineers Association and the honorary chairman of the National Council of Engineers and Scientists. Mr. Roitman is currently vice-president and co-founder of France Compétitivité and past Board Member of the France-Americas Association. He holds an MSc from Paris University.

Jay Ruderman
Jay Ruderman is the president of the Ruderman Family Foundation, which focuses on the inclusion of people with disabilities worldwide and educating Israeli leaders on the American Jewish community. He served on the Board of Jewish Funders Network and the executive committee of the JDC. Mr. Ruderman is a life-long Bostonian, was an assistant district attorney in Salem, Massachusetts and Deputy Director of AIPAC in New England. In 2005, he enlisted in the IDF, then returned to AIPAC as the leadership director for AIPAC in Israel. A graduate of Brandeis University with honors, he received his JD from Boston University School of Law.

Susan Wagner
Susan Wagner lives in Illinois and is president of the Nathan and Esther K. Wagner Family Foundation and CEO of the Wagner family’s private real estate companies and family office. She received an MS in Accounting from the University of Illinois with honors. After a few years in public accounting and raising her children to school-age, she worked for thirty years with her father until his retirement. Ms.Wagner’s philanthropic activities are dedicated to Middle East education and understanding, the existence and peaceful co-existence of Israel, and Jewish continuity. She serves on the boards of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy (as Treasurer), Felnet, and the Center for Entrepreneurial Jewish Philanthropy.

Nancy Epstein
Nancy Epstein is founder and CEO of Artistic Tile, headquarted in Secaucus, New Jersey. A graduate of Syracuse University, Nancy sits on the board of directors of the Jewish Home at Rockleigh and the JCC on the Palisades. She is an active supporter of the Jewish Federation of Northern NJ, Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF), The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, the Alzheimer’s Foundation, and the Neve Joseph Community Center in Haifa, Israel. Nancy and her husband Larry have three sons and eight adored grandchildren.

Dr Yohanan Manor
Dr. Yohanan Manor is the founder of IMPACT-se. A graduate of Ecole Nationale d’Administration, he received his PhD from Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques. Originally from France, Dr. Manor is internationally renowned as a trailblazer in the study of school textbooks. He was a lecturer in political science at Hebrew University from 1970--84 and in 1984 began coordinating the campaign to revoke the UN General Assembly resolution equating Zionism with racism.
