About Yohanan Manor

Dr Yohanan Manor is the founder of IMPACT-SE and was the Board Chairman from 2005 to 2011. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and received his PhD. at the Fondation Nationale des Sciences Politiques for his thesis on “Palestine in the Foreign Policy of Gamal Abdel Nasser.” He was a lecturer at Hebrew University’s Political Science Department from 1970-84 and from 1984-91 coordinated the campaign to revoke the UN General Assembly resolution equating Zionism with racism.
